The Assembly

During the assembly, the first thing that I saw was two men on the stage. The man with the hat said "Hello" to everyone. He was telling us a story. He told us that he was from Senegal. The two men were playing the drums.

The two new men danced together. They made everyone laugh. They were all the way back of the auditorium and walked into the stage. They danced pretty good. They were so funny. 

I saw the teachers walked on the stage. While Ms. Michele was on the stage, I cheered for her. She was a beautiful dancer. I gave her a high five. I said "We loved you Ms. Michele!"

Everyone in the auditorium enjoyed that concert. We clapped with our hands and cheered. It was fun to watch the concert. We said good bye to the four men. The concert was so cool and nice.

Understand

Ms. Michele and I talked about topic sentence. I understand of her because she was making some senses. She wanted me to put adjectives and to describe the nouns. She gave me a high lighter to put a question mark. She wanted me to go backed and read carefully.

Cleopatra

I learned about Cleopatra in The Franklin Institute. She was a famous queen in the Egypt. She married her brother. I read a lot of things about her. I watched a movie theatre about her. Her body was not found. I saw the statue of Cleopatra. She had four children. She played on a movie and it is called Caesar and Cleopatra and it came out in 1945. She was killed from a snake.

My holiday weekend

In Thanksgiving, I ate turkey, macaroni and cheese, potato salad and ham. I had a beautiful time with my family. In Sunday, I went to my aunts house for dinner with my family. I played with my three cousins and their names are Shayla, Shellby and Michael. Shayla and I played dance battle. My dancing skills was better than Shaylas. I told her that the next time we dance we will have a rematch and have a party. I watched the football game with my Dad and my cousins. Shayla is the Redskins fan. Shayla was like "Marcus what is your favorite team?" I said "Shayla my favorite team is the Eagles." I had so much fun with my families.

I Thankful For My Family

During ThanksGiving, I am thankful for my family. My family and I will eat turkey. It will be the best holiday ever. I can't wait to eat turkey with my lovely family. We are going to have a wonderful holiday. We will celebrate ThanksGiving tomorrow. I will say "Happy ThanksGiving my family!" I will watch a video and it is called Charlie Brown ThanksGiving. I going to have a beautiful time with my family. I wish that God will answer our pray if my family and I will pray together.

My Favorite Hobby

My favorite hobby is talking  to beautiful girls. I always talk to my beautiful friends and my pretty cousins. I love a lot of cute girls. Destiny is the only wonderful girl that I love. Destiny and I will always be a beautiful couple. In the lunchroom my cousins and I talk together about our weekend. I always show some respect to all girls. They are the most wonderful humans on Earth.

My Weekend

On Saturday, I went to Pierce's house. I talked to my cousin on my cellphone. We talked about a lot of things. After that, Pierce showed me about what cartoon that Mr. Disney had made in the movies. The first cartoon that Mr. Disney made was The Stream Boat. It came out in 1928. Pierce told me that Minnie Mouse appeared with Mickey Mouse in 1928.  On Sunday, I went to Tony's house. I watched the football game with Tony and his family. The Eagles beat the Colts and the score was twenty six to twenty four. I cheered for the Eagles. I had a great weekend.

Yesterday was Halloween. I went trick or treating with my friends. Tony, Ms. Nichole, Mr. Paul, Ms. Franny, Alexis, and Nichole. We started to  trick or treat on Franklin Street where Tony lives. I dressed as PumpkinHead. I knocked on  doors and said "trick or treat." I collected a lot of  candy. I went trick or treating because I love candy. I walked home by myself. After that I watched a scary movie with my stepsister.  The movie was called "Let Me In." I ate about six candies before I went to bed. I had so much fun with my friends on Halloween.

Pronouns: A Person Who Inspires Me

Ms. Michele inspires me to work harder. She want me to do my best. She likes to go hard on me because she believe in me and have faith in me. She want me to get  good grades and she don't want me to have a f on my report card. I will do my best job to get all my work done. I will believe in myself if I can complete all of my hard work.

Verb Portfolio

I want my portfolio to be on a website. I want to discuss it with Ms. Michele. My portfolio will show all of my hard work. I want to put a picture of me in my portfolio. I want to write a story in my portfolio. I want to write about myself in my portfolio. I want to show my portfolio to my friends in South Philadelphia High School.

Dear New Student.

Welcome New Student! Our teacher's name is Ms. Michele and she is a wonderful person. I will help you to make new friends. We will teach you how to get a gmail on laptop. We will help you to make a music in GarageBand. Our classroom is in the fourth floor. We will tell you the rules in room 421. You gonna love our classroom and have so much fun. Our classroom is filled with computers, desks, windows and refrigerator. We will be happy to have you. We work together like a family. That is all I can said.

Struggle from the Past

Last year in 2009, I could not follow the directions because I don't want to read a book. Its hard and I was having a bad day. Reading a book was hard because I didn't  understand the words. I was pretty upset because Ms. Michele encourages me to read a book. She called my parent.  I resolved the situation that day.  I had to read a book. It happened in South Philadelphia High School. I got through it by reading a book. This is how I fixed the situation about me reading a book.

Dialogue Comic

I learned about conversation. I know the rules about conversation. Vincent and I talked in dialogued. Lamar was interrupting because we were talking. That was inappropriate to interrupt. Vincent and I responded to each other during the conversation.

Today, I learned about taking a image from internent. I followed all the directions. I had a new pictures of people having conversation. I sent my comic strip for Ms. Michele. Ms. Michele will be so proud of me.

my weekend

On Saturday, I went to the movies with Paula and her sister Stacey. We saw Resident  Evil Afterlife. It was a scary movie. We had nachos and I had candy. I had a super wonderful weekend.

On Sunday, I went to Tony's house. I went to Troy's house with Monique and Erika. We talk about doing in school and teenagers stuff. We had some pizza for lunch. I had so much fun on the weekend.

big goal

My big goal for this year will be put a lot of things on my blog. I will put a picture of me about My Adventure of 1920 S. 6th Street on my blog. I will write a lot of things about myself of what I did.  If, I won any sport I will explain it to my teacher. It will be the best big goal ever. I will keep persevere doing
my blog. This is my responsibility of working hard in my blog. My another big goal is that I will make a video. Me and Destiny will be in the video. I will see lots of flowers in high school. My video is called
Can You Feel The Love Tonight. My video is about Love. Me and Destiny will walk around the school, pick up flowers and I will give her a rose. She and I will finally be more than friends and hug each other.
